The President
Michael Marienwald our Broker of record/President has been selling Real Estate in Ontario since 1989. In 1993 he became an associate Broker with Realty World landex, in 1995 he left Landex and opened  Anchor Real Estate Investments Corp. an Ontario Real Estate Brokerage selling primarily investment Real Estate. In 1999 noticing time on market for between list and sale dates increasing,  Michael saw opportunity in Real Estate auctioning and became a Certified Real Estate auctioneer and opened North American Auctioneers . Within 2 short years, North American Auctioneers and Michael had already sold enough Real Rstate by auction to apply for the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate designation or AARE. He was accepted for the course in San Antonia, Texas and now is one of only 4 AARE’s in Canada and 226 worldwide. Michael and North American Auctioneers have been feature in many publications including, Business Monday (front page and center fold out), London Business Magazine, London Free vbPress (sports section front page), Real Estate Magazine (national). He’s also hosted over 50 radio call in programs about auctioning Real Estate on AM980 Radio, AM1410Toronto, and 800 CKLW Windsor.
A professional in every sense of the word Michael is at the top of his field.
